Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise specified, only one Coupon can be used per transaction.

Coupons are not transferrable to any other party.

Unless otherwise specified, a Coupon can only be used once by each customer.

Coupons do not have any cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Coupons are not valid on sale items, gift packages or gift vouchers (unless otherwise specified in the Specific Terms and Conditions for each coupon as set out below). 

The Coupon Code is valid until midnight AEST on the 18th November 2022.

To be applied to your order, the Coupon Code must be entered during the Checkout process prior to completing payment for your transaction. Please check your cart total prior to payment to ensure your Coupon has been applied. Coupons cannot be applied once an order has been placed and processed. 

Use of a coupon cannot be cancelled or reversed once processed.

This Coupon entitles you to a discount on all full priced items in your order.

The amount of the discount is equivalent to the percentage published with the relevant Coupon Code.

Find Your Colour Facebook & Instagram Competition OCTOBER 2022

How To Enter:

  • Follow/like Find Your Colour on Facebook or Instagram
  • Tag the mate you want to win in our giveaway post appearing from 6pm 11th October until 11:59pm tell us which scent you’re most excited to try and why
  • Enter as many times as you like!
  • Competition ends on 18th October 2022 11:59pm AEST
  • This competition is running on Facebook and Instagram with one winner selected across both platforms
  • Entries are subject to terms and conditions below.

Determining a Winner:

On completion of the competition, Find Your Colour will use third party software to randomly select a winner from all eligable entries across both platforms.

Conditions of Entry:

In order to be eligible for the competition, you must have completed the entry steps (see “How to Enter”) between 6pm 11th October – 11:59 pm 26th October 2022 (AEST). Entries received outside of these dates and times will not be eligible.

Entry is open to anyone within Australia.

Details and Inclusions of Prize:

There will be a total of two Find Your Colour Prize Packs. One prize pack will be allocated to the winning entry and one to the friend tagged in that entry.
Each prize pack RRP is up to $119.80 (depending on items selected) per pack and includes the winners choice of any four products.

Start and End Dates:

Competition will commence at 6pm 11th October – 11:59 pm 18th October 2022 (AEST).

How The Winners Will Be Notified:

The winners will be notified by close of business Wednesday 18th October by a follow up comment on the social competition post, tagging their name in it. The winners will be asked to acknowledge receipt of the winning notification and send a private message to the FInd Your Colour inbox providing further contact and residency details. If the winners acknowledge receipt of the winning notification, that person will be deemed one of the winners of the competition.

No Responsibility for Emails or Facebook Private Messages:

Find Your Colour assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of any online competition entries, Facebook private messenger or email communications.

Release:

By entering this competition:

  • The entrant releases and holds harmless Find Your Colour and its related entities and Facebook and Instagram from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part from the entrants participation in this completion; and
  • The entrant acknowledges the competition is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
