Where do you ship from?
All of our products are shipped from Gold Coast, QLD, Australia.
When can I expect to receive my order (in Australia)?
We dispatch all orders placed before 12pm the same or the following business day to get you your order as soon as possible.
All our orders are shipped through Australia Post, who continues to deliver Australia-wide and follows stringent safe delivery practices. For latest updates regarding Australia Post read more here.
- Orders under $50 – free untracked shipping via Australia Post (2-6 business days) or $7 Express tracked shipping (1-4 business days).
- Orders over $50 – free express shipping (1-4 business days).
Do you ship internationally?
We do! You can select standard or express airmail at the checkout. We ship through Australia Post and you can find up to date shipping times here. However for an indication:
NZ – Express – 6-12 business days, Standard 25 business days
UK – Express – 6-12 business days, Standard 25 business days
US – Express – 7-10 shipping, Standard 20 business days
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes if you have tracked shipping. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please note, it may take 1 – 2 days after shipment for the tracking information to update. If you have not recieved your order in 14 days please get in contact.
What if I have not received an email confirmation of my order?
You should receive confirmation of your order at the checkout as well as receiving email confirmation within 5 minutes of your order being dispatched.
If you received confirmation at the checkout that your order was placed but you have not received an email, please check your spam folder.
Do you ship to First Responders on overseas deployments?
Yes. Find Your Colour “FYC” is committed to supporting all First Responders. Shipping times may vary due to the added logistics but we will endeavor to get your FYC Product to you within a reasonable timeframe.
